Programmatic Accreditation — ACEN, JRCERT, CoARC, CAPTE, CODA, ARC/STSA & More
Every healthcare program you offer answers to its own programmatic accreditor — with its own standards, its own site visit process, its own annual reporting obligations, and its own consequences for noncompliance. Without programmatic accreditation, your graduates may be ineligible to sit for state licensure examinations. That makes everything else your program does irrelevant. We help healthcare programs achieve and maintain the programmatic accreditation their students depend on.
Nursing Programs — ACEN & CCNE
The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredits practical nursing, associate degree nursing, and baccalaureate nursing programs. The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) accredits baccalaureate and graduate nursing programs.
We support nursing programs through the full accreditation lifecycle — from the initial Systematic Program Evaluation (SPE) through the accreditation visit and ongoing annual reporting requirements. Our approach places particular emphasis on ACEN outcome standards, including NCLEX-RN/PN pass rates, graduation rates, and program satisfaction metrics, which are central to accreditation review and evaluation.
Radiography Programs — JRCERT
The Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredits educational programs in radiography, radiation therapy, magnetic resonance, and medical dosimetry. JRCERT accreditation is a key requirement for graduates to be eligible for certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
We prepare radiography and related imaging programs for JRCERT site visits by ensuring compliance with clinical education standards, program outcomes documentation, faculty qualifications, equipment and facility requirements, and ongoing annual reporting obligations.
Surgical Technology Programs — ARC/STSA & ABHES
Surgical technology programs can seek accreditation through ARC/STSA or ABHES. We support both accreditation pathways, with expertise in ARC/STSA's curriculum standards and the NBSTSA certification examination eligibility requirements that make accreditation essential for surgical tech graduates.
Respiratory Therapy Programs — CoARC
CoARC uses an outcomes-based accreditation approach — evaluating programs against threshold outcomes for NBRC examination pass rates, employment rates, and graduate satisfaction. We help respiratory therapy programs build the data collection and outcomes monitoring systems that CoARC's process requires.
Dental Programs — CODA
The Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) accredits dental assisting, dental hygiene, and dental education programs.
We support institutions pursuing new CODA accreditation or maintaining existing accreditation, with emphasis on clinical facility standards, faculty qualifications, curriculum alignment, and patient care outcomes required for accreditation review and ongoing compliance.
Physical Therapist Assistant Programs — CAPTE
CAPTE accreditation is required for PTA program graduates to sit for the NPTE. We support PTA programs through the CAPTE process — including the Physical Therapist Assistant Program Accreditation Action Plan (PTAPAP) required for initial accreditation candidates.
Occupational Therapy Assistant Programs — ACOTE
We support OTA programs through ACOTE accreditation — with attention to competency-based curriculum standards and Level II fieldwork requirements.
Other Programs — NAACLS, ABHES, and Others
We support programmatic accreditation for medical assisting, phlebotomy, health information technology, diagnostic medical sonography, and other allied health programs through ABHES and NAACLS.
